RIAD SÂYOUN ✧ PRIVATIZATION & SERENITY IN THE MEDINA

Welcome to Riad Sâyoun, a house of character that harmoniously blends Moroccan craftsmanship with the comfort of a modern holiday home. This private riad, located in one of the most preserved and authentic districts of the Marrakech Medina, offers a warm and minimalist setting, perfect for a short-term rental with family or friends.

To start each day gently, a full traditional breakfast prepared by our housekeeper is included in your stay. Served every morning according to your preferences, it allows you to taste local flavors in the privacy of the patio before heading out to explore the Red City. One of the major and highly sought-after assets of Riad Sâyoun remains its exceptional logistical access: taxi drop-off is just 30 meters from the entrance and a secure parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity—a rare and precious privilege right in the heart of the old city.

From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by the brightness of the central patio around which the life of the house unfolds. There, you will discover a beautiful heated whirlpool pool in traditional zellige, a true invitation to relaxation. Around this open space, you will find a vast covered lounge, a welcoming dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for your autonomy. The property features 4 spacious and fully air-conditioned bedrooms, designed as true havens of peace to preserve the rest of each guest.

To perfect your stay experience, the shaded and furnished upper terrace awaits you. It is the ideal place to share your meals outdoors or enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower under the Marrakech sun. Under the professional management of Shayaz Conciergerie, every detail of the property maintenance is rigorously taken care of to offer you a restful getaway, combining Moroccan hospitality with high-quality daily support.
