Intervention Management: In the event of a technical issue within the Medina, routine maintenance (such as pool and plunge pool monitoring), or laundry logistics, we step in immediately to coordinate the necessary actions.
Your Trusted Contractors: Our protocol is strict: we work primarily with the contractors and craftsmen chosen by the owner. If requested, we can suggest local technicians from our own network in Marrakech, but the final validation of the craftsman remains your decision. The owner is systematically informed in advance: no major intervention is launched without your approval, allowing you to directly review the nature and estimate of the work.
